Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Acceptable Items:
  Returns are only accepted for accessories like harnesses, toys, feeders, bowls, collars, and other non-consumable items.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Pet food, supplements, and medicines are NOT eligible for returns or refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Perishable or opened products cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

1. Initiate a Return Request: Email us at easypickpetshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
   • Order number
   • Product details & reason for return
   • Photos of the product (if applicable)
2. Approval: We will inspect the request and approve eligible returns.
3. Shipping Back: Return the product (at your cost) to our address.
4. Refund/Replacement: Once received and verified, we will process a refund (excluding shipping fees) or send a replacement.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
• No refunds for shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item shipped).

4. Damaged/Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged/wrong item, email us within 48 hours with photo proof for a free replacement or refund.
